The use of this website https://www.isigny-lait-infantile.fr (hereinafter the “Website”) implies full acceptance of the general Terms and Conditions of use described below (hereinafter the “T&Cs”). These T&Cs may be modified or supplemented at any time. If you do not read, understand and/or agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately leave the Website and discontinue all use.

The Website is published by Isigny Sainte-Mère, an agricultural cooperative company under French law with share capital of €16,490,230, registered with the Caen Trade and Companies Register under number 317 750 818, with a head office located at 2 rue du Docteur Boutrois, CS10099, 14230 Isigny-sur-Mer.

The information and documents on the Website are provided for information only and are not exhaustive. The Website owner cannot be held liable for their content.

The Website owner may not be held liable for consequential damages arising from access to the Website.

Article 6.  HOW DOES Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative MANAGE THE TRANSFER OF DATA AS PART OF OUR INTERNATIONAL SERVICES?

We may have to transfer your personal data outside the European Union in two cases:

Article 7. HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA KEPT?

Your personal data collected as part of a request on the Website’s contact form (“Contact us” tab) is kept for the time necessary to respond to your request.
